Shipping Information

Regions We Serve

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
  • We do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
  • No international shipping outside the USA & Canada at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are packed and dispatched from our U.S. Atralia warehouse for USA and CAD Warehouse for Canada.
  • Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday). National holidays are not counted as business days.

Estimated Transit Times

 2–5 business days

 

Carriers Used

  • USA: UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX
  • Canada: CANADA POST, FEDEX

Shipping Rates

  • FREE shipping on orders over US$60 (USA) or over US$100 (Canada).
  • The threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax.
  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold:
    • USA: US$8.99 flat rate
    • Canada: US$12.99 flat rate

Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive automated e-mails when:
    • Your order is placed.
    • Your parcel leaves our warehouse (includes your tracking link).
    • Your parcel has been delivered.

2. Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Issues

  • You may change or cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing Customer Care.
  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the 1-hour window or once a shipping label has been generated.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel ships, the order is non-refundable and non-replaceable.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered,” responsibility for securing it transfers to the customer.
  • If you cannot locate the parcel, please contact the carrier, file any necessary theft or loss report, and follow their claims process.
  • Atralia Perfumes is not liable for packages after delivery confirmation.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as courier disruptions, weather events, or high seasonal volumes. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, transit times depend on the carrier’s service. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
