Shipping and Returns

All perfumes on our website are 100% authentic, and we only deal in authentic perfumes.

Delivery

We strive to process all orders as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 72 business hours from Toronto, ON. After placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email at your provided email address. Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment tracking email at the same address.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will email you to inform you and refund the full amount for that product. If you have ordered multiple products and one or more of them are not available or out of stock, we will proceed with sending you the rest of the items and refund the money for the items that are out of stock or not available.

Returns

We offer hassle-free returns. Please contact us at our email address, info@atralia.com, and we will issue you a prepaid return label to send us back the product for return. The window to request a return or raise a concern is seven days from the date the customer has received the product or the product has been delivered to the customer.

If a customer plans to return a product due to personal reasons where atralia is not at fault, the customer will be responsible for two-way shipping, which includes shipping from the company to the customer's address and from the customer's address to the company. If originally the customer's order qualified for free shipping, now while returning the product, the customer will be charged two-way shipping. If the customer has already paid the initial shipping charges, then the customer will only be charged the return shipping charges.

Once the customer sends us the product and we receive it, it can take 3-4 business days to process the refund. First, the product passes our inspection, and then the customer is issued a refund, excluding the shipping charges.

Restocking Fee:

  • If the product is completely sealed with the plastic wrap on and it is in its original packaging, the customer is not liable for a restocking fee and is only liable for two-way shipping charges.
  • If the customer has opened the product (i.e., removed the plastic wrap), they will be charged a 25% restocking fee and two-way shipping charges, provided the product is not heavily used (a maximum of 2-3 sprays). The customer needs to return everything received with the product (all accessories, paperwork, envelope, perfume box, perfume box sleeve, etc.).

Once we receive your product in our warehouse, it can take 3-4 business days to inspect and issue a refund. Depending on your payment partner, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your original mode of payment.

Non-returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns of testers, preowned perfume bottles, open-box perfume bottles, perfume samples, or perfume vials.
  • Niche fragrances do not qualify for return unless they are unopened, completely sealed, and never sprayed.

Product Reformulation and Packaging Changes:

  • From time to time, companies may reformulate their perfumes or change their packaging, resulting in changes in scent profile or packaging design. Atralia is not responsible for any of these changes, and such reasons do not qualify for a return.

We take great pride in providing only 100% authentic perfumes on our website. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error or fault is on our part.

Customers have a 7-day window from the day the product is delivered to raise any issues or report damage or missing delivery.
